Absolutely, we can store the cake in our kitchen area before bringing it out to sing Happy Birthday

Unfortunately we dont allow food other than what we provide as part of our Birthday Platters

Our package prices are a fixed set fee for up to 10 children

We can accommodate a further two children per party (up to 12) at an extra cost per child.

We can accommodate two parents/guardians per party in our Spa Room. If you wish for more adults to stay then please look at booking our Parent Room add-on

Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you need to cancel your party.

At the point of booking you will have submitted a Non-refundable Booking Fee which equates to 25% of your total party package price. The remaining balance (inclusive of any extras/add-ons) must be paid before the party commences.

Absolutely. Cash is always welcome. It helps us avoid big card processing fees which allows us to keep our prices fair.
