Non-Refundable Booking Fee

 

A 25% Non-Refundable Booking Fee is required to secure your event.

 

This fee secures your chosen date and is non-returnable should you cancel or fail to attend.

 

The remaining balance is due on the date of your event -before the event commences.

 

Cash is kindly preferred, as it helps us avoid card fees with our small business, although card payments are also welcome.

 

Requests to reschedule must be made no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Where this notice period is met, and subject to availability, the booking fee may be transferred to an alternative date.

 

Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event date will not be permitted and the Non- Refundable Booking Fee will be forfeited.
