Three local women searching for a name that reflected their shared commitment, something that truly put 'them' into it.
Kaliko (pronounced kah-leek-oh) is a Hawaiian word meaning 'beautiful bud', a symbol of new beginnings.
'It’s a name we feel perfectly reflects our journey and what Kaliko can become'.
The concept for Kaliko was born from our combined experience across beauty, business, creativity, childcare and a shared belief that children’s celebrations can be both fun and beautifully crafted.
“Between us, we believe we have seen what works, what’s missing, and what families might want.
We saw a gap for specific childrens wellbeing parties and took the leap”.
SO WHAT DO WE DO?
Kaliko is a vibrant kids’ spa party venue designed to create unforgettable, feel good experiences for children, combining pampering, creativity, and celebration all under one roof.
The first and only venue of its kind located in Blackpool Lancashire, we are proud to offer a range of fun spa party packages, where children can enjoy age appropriate spa-like treatments before heading to our insta-worthy disco room for singing, dancing and games.
All of our spa parties also include food, drinks, a big Happy Birthday singalong, and of course, our signature Kaliko birthday conga -complete with a playful serving of classic Blackpool prom candy floss for every guest.

Kaliko is also home to The Studio, a welcoming upstairs craft space available to rent for meetings, workshops, private event and creative gatherings.
During the working week, this versatile space transforms into a meeting hub or coworking space, providing a calm and inspiring place to focus, collaborate, and connect.
During the evenings we host special private packages for Paint & Pizza Evenings
